Previous MINI Countryman S Model Years
In 2017 the chassis of the Countryman was overhauled to become more similar to the MINI Clubman. This slightly enlarged the vehicle, allowing for both increased space for passengers and cargo. It helped both stabilize the vehicle over uneven ground and give you more room for gear when out on an adventure. Because this is the sport version, a new engine was added this year, as well, replacing the 1.6L variant for 1.5L option, which boosted the horsepower up by 8. In 2018 some minor changes were made, including a fuel gauge update, drive-mode selector and the presence of Apple CarPlay. The MINI Countryman S has been tuned over the years to offer terrific performance and reliability where you need it.
